Hi, I'm Henry C. Popovic, a Writer and Journalist from Brooklyn, NY.

I am an aspiring journalist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Brooklyn College. I am passionate about music, as well as mental health, local events, and global affairs, and recognize the importance of investigative reporting on topics that may not be well known to the public but that people should be informed about.

My particular skill set is connected to written and text-based journalism. I contributed to the Brooklyn News Service, a Brooklyn College organization featuring student-written articles, writing feature pieces about events local to New York City.

Before attending Brooklyn College, I spent time writing for a small EDM/hip-hop oriented blog called Trapstyle, writing reviews of electronic music albums, as well as information about tours and coverage of press releases. My goal is to work for a news or media organization where I can pursue my passions but also make a significant contribution to society.
